I cook and tinker at porridge + puffs and PHENAKITE.

porridge + puffs is home to the one and only California Porridge.

Fine-dining restaurant PHENAKITE is very new and opened for three weeks during COVID-19 before shutting down along with all outdoor dining.

LA Times Food Critic Bill Addison happened to sneak in and wrote about it (if you fancy googling and reading about these things).

My restaurants are community-gathering places and platforms for creativity, joy, and exploration.

I can’t wait to eat out! I also can’t wait to cook for those who want to eat out!
