Caitlin was born and raised in Los Angeles. A true "restaurant rat" from childhood, her dad opened the historic Four Oaks restaurant on Beverly Glen in 1993. Caitlin's favorite childhood memories include eating brioche and ice cream sundaes at the bar while her dad would check up on the staff. She pursued a career in finance in New York City after college but was quickly distracted by the city's bustling food scene. Caitlin moved back to LA after three years and took a job as a pastry prep cook at Huckleberry cafe in Santa Monica. After three years, she left Huckleberry to take a job as assistant manager at Sotto in Beverly Hills, where she merged her business background with her passion for restaurants. This is also where she met her future husband, Daniel. They now share two daughters, as well as Ronan, a fun and funky Neapolitan pizzeria and cocktail bar on Melrose Ave.
