Caitlin opened Honey Hi in Echo Park with her best friend Kacie in 2016 with a lot of grit, and blind confidence. We opened this little place to be a physical medium for us to express and expand upon the things that are most important to us; from community, culture, and food politics, to culinary diaspora, environmentalism and seasonal local produce. It was with this mindset that we entered the hospitality industry as outsiders, keen to prove that a restaurant can be a successful enterprise while also making thoughtful choices that reach far beyond their brick and mortar locations.

Honey Hi serves food that promotes personal, public & planetary well-being. We place equal value on where and who our food comes from and its nutritional integrity, as we do on the way it tastes.
